About Radiobotics

Radiobotics is revolutionizing patient care with AI-driven solutions that optimize workflows and enhance diagnostic accuracy. Our mission is to assist clinicians in making faster, more accurate diagnoses—making medical imaging more efficient and reliable.

The Role

We’re seeking a driven, high-energy sales rep to build and expand Radiobotics’ footprint across the UK. This is an ideal role for someone mid-career, who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and hustle for new business every day.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy direct hospital engagement, are a confident closer, and want to grow your influence in a fledgling but fast-growing industry. The ideal candidate will combine sales tenacity with strategic awareness, managing multiple routes to market—from partner channels to direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, focusing on emergency departments, radiology departments, and medical imaging teams.

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to expand Radiobotics’ market presence across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of UK tenders, NHS supply chain, and procurement processes.

  • Collaborate with partners and resellers to accelerate sales across the UK.

  • Track and analyze market trends, upcoming tenders, and competitor activity.

  • Educate potential customers on Radiobotics’ solutions and their value in improving patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.

  • Represent Radiobotics at local healthcare events, roadshows, and trade shows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in medtech sales, ideally in radiology, emergency medicine, or imaging solutions.

  • Strong hunter mindset—persistent, self-motivated, and proactive in outreach.

  • Confident navigating complex NHS procurement and long sales cycles.

  • Experience managing tenders and working within frameworks.

  • Keen to conduct market research and contribute to go-to-market planning.

  • Proven track record in commercially scaling disruptive and innovative technologies

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with high commission potential.

  • A role with direct impact on our UK market growth.

  • Flexibility and autonomy to shape your territory strategy.

  • Supportive team culture and career development opportunities in an emerging health tech sector.
