This role is a rare opportunity to own a product end-to-end and go deep in a focused vertical, working directly with users every day to reshape one of the largest and most digitally underserved markets in global hospitality.

The Role

As our POS Product Manager, you'll take full ownership of one of the most critical areas of Kanpla's platform. Rather than managing a single feature, you'll drive an evolving product suite that includes

• Traditional tills (POS)

• Kitchen Display Screens (KDS)

• Kiosks

• AI tray scanning

You'll lead a cross-functional squad day to day - owning prioritisation, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and scoping. You'll also be responsible for testing and QA, ensuring everything we ship is stable, fast, and genuinely solves user problems.

Beyond execution, you'll help define our future direction - identifying emerging trends, validating them with users, and bringing innovative products and features to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a cross-functional product squad with clear direction and autonomy

• Working closely with engineering and design to plan and deliver features end-to-end

• Spending time in kitchens and canteens - talking to users and testing solutions

• Running user tests, gathering feedback, and turning insights into action

• Owning QA workflows and processes to maintain a high product standard

• Partnering with Customer Success, business and marketing on go-to-market strategies

  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience as a product manager, ideally in B2B or hardware-adjacent tech

• A builder's mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and love turning ideas into reality

• Sharp attention to detail with strong product intuition

• Technical curiosity - you're not an engineer, but you think like one

• Data fluency - you know how to interpret and act on insights

• A deep care for users - you don't just listen, you spend time with them

• Bonus: Experience in POS, retail tech, or hospitality is a big plus!
