The Global Resellers team at reMarkable is responsible for driving operational excellence across resellers and distributors. We are looking to strengthen the team with the role of Reseller Operations Coordinator.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to build processes, contribute to the reMarkable’s growth, and become an integral part of a dynamic team. You’ll play a central role in ensuring order success and operational efficiency, while gaining exposure to ERP systems like SAP and contributing to cross-department collaboration.

What you will be responsible for:

• Order management, receiving and processing orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Coordination with Logistics and Supply Chain, ensuring product availability
• Tracking shipments, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively escalate any potential issues
• Supporting reMarkable Global Reseller Managers to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage prices in our system, and assist in price calculations
• Compiling partner forecasts to support in demand planning
• Providing administrative support to the team, including reporting and maintaining planning documents for orders, deliveries, and forecasts

Responsibilities you can grow into:

• Assisting in commercial agreements and reseller program initiatives, here there are many opportunities to learn from senior team members
• Maintaining and improving sales systems, including ERP and reporting tools, to improve data accuracy and usability. Become a SAP superuser!
• Collaborating on operational process improvements. We want to hear your ideas!

Qualifications you have:

• This role is ideal for someone with a structured approach to operations, a passion for improving processes, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Experience in purchasing department, order management, administration, sales operations, or logistics
• Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven mindset
• Good at math and Excel and open to learning more
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English, comfortable with both written and verbal communication
• You are comfortable standing up for your opinion in the team
• Experience with ERP systems is a benefit (SAP preferred)
• An interest in learning to use IT Systems optimally
