We’re now looking for a HR & Finance Specialist to join the team! As the HR & Finance Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our organization, operating the financial and human resources functions with precision. Your role will include handling financial operations, payroll administration, and various operative HR tasks. Your main role will be to ensure Integrify’s administrative processes are carried out in an efficient and meticulous manner. A part-time HR Assistant will support you with daily tasks.

As a HR & Finance Specialist, your responsibilities will be connected to the following:

1. Financial Operations: Your role involves overseeing Integrify's financial operations, ensuring smooth management of accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, your responsibilities include managing the expense system and company subscriptions, and collaborating with external accounting partner.

2. Payroll Administration: You'll play a critical role in payroll administration together with our external payroll partner, including preparing and reviewing payroll materials, calculating commissions, employee announcements, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.

3. HR: You'll manage the employee life cycle tasks of our internal team members, handle administrative tasks, oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, and handle the eNPS and PMP processes. Additionally, you may support the recruitment of new team members.

4. Supervisor Responsibility: You will act as a supervisor to a part-time HR Assistant, providing guidance, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth collaboration to handle HR operations effectively.

In this versatile role, you'll serve as a central figure at Integrify, working closely with various functions, including the Leadership team, to support and execute projects that contribute to our mission.

What makes you a great candidate?

• Proficiency in financial concepts, which may encompass areas such as accounts payable and receivable, coupled with familiarity in at least one of the following areas: HR processes, legal compliance, or payroll.

• You are precise, diligent, and proactive.

• You quickly grasp new concepts and have the ability to work independently.

• You possess a proactive "can do!" attitude, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

• You have excellent IT skills and proficiency in both Finnish and English.

• You have relevant higher education qualifications in the field (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration or Economics)

• Having experience with using a financial management system and an HR system
