The student worker will support lead generation efforts by engaging potential customers through LinkedIn and email. The goal is to generate X-amount of leads per month by initiating conversations, following up, and responding to inbound inquiries.
Inbound Inquiry Handling (Responding to incoming requests)
Engage with individuals who reach out via the website or LinkedIn.
Provide initial responses, follow up on unanswered inquiries, and schedule meetings where relevant.
Ongoing Follow-Ups & CRM Integration
Maintain structured follow-ups for all conversations to maximize conversions.
Log interactions and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
Ensure smooth scheduling of meetings through the designated process.
CRM: automation and system improvements
Engagement Outreach (Engaging with users who interact with atSpiro content)
Connect with people that engage with atSpiro’s LinkedIn posts. Schedule meeting if they're interested.
Track and categorize interactions from three sources:
atSpiro company posts and followers.
LinkedIn group discussions.
Paid marketing campaign engagement.
Cold Outreach (Proactive outreach to potential customers)
Identify and connect with individuals who fit atSpiro’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), even if they are not familiar with the company or ShakeReactor.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find relevant prospects based on industry, role, and engagement criteria.
Initiate and manage follow-ups systematically until a response is received.
The intern will receive training and resources to ensure a smooth start. This includes:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator Setup: How to define ICP searches and assess profile relevance.
Messaging Playbook: Templates and strategies for cold outreach and reaction-based engagement.
FAQ & Knowledge Base: How to respond to technical and product-related questions using the atSpiro “Cheat Sheet”, and how to add inquiries.
Inbound Handling Guide: Best practices for responding to inquiries and scheduling meetings.
CRM & Communication Workflow: How to log interactions in HubSpot and track engagement.
Technical Setup: Email, LinkedIn access, and other necessary accounts.
Tracking & Reporting: Hours spent, how many leads from each channel.
These tasks are expected to require 50–60 hours per month.
