We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer for our growing team near London who is a true pre-sales & post-sales wizard or sorceress!
As a Solution Engineer, you will play a vital role in the success of enabling sublime client solutions and value. You will be collaborating closely with our new business team in discovering the true value drivers and needs for new clients, as you will be showcasing our solutions to drive optimal client value and new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be supporting the Account Managers in their efforts to uplift existing client deals by identifying their needs, unlocked opportunities for driving more client value, as we always focus on delivering high-quality solutions and make our clients as succesful as possible with their employee engagement and performance.
In this role, you will work closely together with the VP of Sales & Country Manager UK, Account Executive and Business Development team in the UK, as well as you will have close collaboration with your Solution Engineering colleagues in Copenhagen. You will make an exciting career move as you will join a 5x growth journey where the UK is a new region for us, and new team where you will be part of building and establishing our presence from scratch as we provide stellar employee engagement and performance platforms for high-end clients in the Retail and Hospitality segments.
Additionally, this is an exciting and transformative time to join Relesys, as we have just gone into a strategic partnership with the Private Equity fund, Copilot, who will be our Copilots over the coming years as they support our extensive growth ambitions - exciting times!
