THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about joining early and be a part of taking our internal prototype to a market-ready MVP. Your objective will be to understand the foundation of the platform alongside the prototyping phase, but your real mission is to rapidly transition the prototype into a stable MVP that allows us to quickly go to market. As our first generalist engineer, you’ll together with our crew define, design, and ship features across the entire product, from visually striking interfaces to scalable backend infrastructure. You’ll be a key player in our fast-paced environment, turning ideas into reality and helping us move swiftly while maintaining a high bar for quality.

CREATE

Leverage no/low-code technologies like n8n to visually orchestrate workflows, merge data with Supabase/Pinecone, and design and implement our front-end architecture via Lovable.

DEVELOP

Jump between front-end (React, Vite, Tailwind CSS) and backend (Node.js, TypeScript) to construct custom components that extend our no/low-code foundation.

ITERATE

Participate in the full dev lifecycle—planning, designing, deploying, and maintaining—tackling problems head-on with speed, ingenuity, and a readiness to pivot.

THE SKILLSET

We’re seeking a well-rounded engineer with a solid grasp of modern web development and the adaptability and drive to learn on the fly. You’ll combine the best of both front-end and back-end worlds.

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.

• Familiarity with Node.js, API design, and database principles (Supabase, Pinecone, or equivalent).

• Ability to set up and maintain integrations with external systems through sequence-based workflows via n8n.

• Broad understanding of web fundamentals, including HTTP, CSS, and responsive design.

• Ability to build custom components that extend a no/low-code foundation as needed.

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and system performance tuning.

• Comfortable diving into unfamiliar territory, driven by curiosity and ambition.
