Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Engagement Manager to lead our outreach efforts, build partnerships, and strengthen our community presence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with local organizations, ambassadors, and businesses to drive brand awareness and foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage street team operations to enhance community outreach.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers.

  • Manages ambassador recruitment and training: Identify, recruit, and train community ambassadors to represent our brand and initiatives, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with the community effectively.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, networking opportunities, and engagement activities.

  • Track and analyze community engagement efforts to improve outreach strategies.

  • Act as a key representative of the brand in public-facing events and collaborations.

Skills and Expectations

  • Proven experience in community engagement, event management, or partnership development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing teams or volunteers.

  • Passion for community building, outreach, and social impact initiatives.

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate events and community activities.

  • Prior experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar role is a plus.
