Weāre looking for a Spanish-speakingĀ Sales & Partnership SpecialistĀ to join our dynamic, international team in Barcelona. This role is all about bringing new venues on board from all across Spain. Weāre now promoting 1,400 venues in the country, and we believe that weāve only scratched the surface.
Youāll handle the full sales cycle ā from the first sales call to onboarding partners and setting them up for success on our platform. Itās a hands-on role with plenty of ownership and the chance to make a real impact.
This is an Intermediate-level role which means that weāre looking for someone with prior experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management ā ideally in B2B. Weāre an ambitious company and are hoping to find like-minded people to join our team.

šÆĀ End-to-end sales:Ā Identify new venue prospects (youāll be looking for hotels, bars, restaurants, party rooms, fincasā¦), reach out via email and phone, negotiate deals, and get them signed up ā itās all on you and thereās no one to delegate any tasks to.
š”Ā Onboarding & content creation:Ā Set up new partners' accounts, create high-quality listings, and showcase their venues in the best light.
šĀ Product demos:Ā Walk new partners through our platform, showing them how to use all the cool features to maximize their bookings and grow their business.
šĀ Pipeline management:Ā Track all stages of your sales funnel and keep deals warm from start to finish.
šĀ Hitting Targets:Ā Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly goals for sales calls, closed deals, and fast, high-quality onboarding.
šĀ Use data:Ā Use data to identify opportunities in key cities, leverage insights to persuade venues to join Venuu, and offer tailored solutions to boost their success.
š¤Ā Collaboration:Ā Work side-by-side with your supervisor and the rest of the Spanish team (and colleagues from other country teams) and work together to crush our goals.

1-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success ā ideally in a B2B SaaS, digital marketplace, or eCommerce company.
Fluent Spanish (written & spoken) and comfortable using English.
Knowledge of the Spanish market. Weāre already pretty big in Madrid and Barcelona, and are now looking to strengthen our presence in other regions. So having a personal connection with places like Valencia, Zaragoza, or AndalucĆa is highly beneficial

Confident communicator & negotiator: Whether it's a cold call, contract negotiation, or onboarding demo, you handle it with ease. Even when thereās pushback.

Start Date: During May (exact date flexible)
Contract:Ā Indefinite contract with full-time hours (40h/week) and a 6-month trial period
Compensation:Ā Fixed salary within the range of 24,000-30,000ā¬ year/gross, depending on your experience (weāll ask for your expectation in the application form) with annual performance reviews and opportunities for yearly raises.
Location:Ā Barcelona ā weāre an āoffice firstā company (we believe itās the best way to build a world-class team and culture), but with hybrid options available after completing training.
