📢 About the position: 

As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in supporting Sales, Marketing, and our external agency with compelling, high-impact content that drives engagement and conversions. Your primary focus will be on creating persuasive sales collateral, marketing campaign content, and thought leadership materials that align with TimeLog’s brand voice and commercial objectives.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you will work closely with Sales teams, Marketing teams, and our external agency to craft clear, effective messaging that helps convert prospects into customers and nurtures existing accounts.


🎯 Key responsibilities:

Sales enablement and collateral development

  • Create sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product brochures to support the Sales team in closing deals.
  • Develop compelling email content, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Refine and optimize value propositions, objection-handling documents, to strengthen sales conversations.
  • Support the Sales team in crafting tailored content for key accounts, ensuring alignment with the Account-based marketing strategy.

Marketing and campaign content development

  • Write engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including landing pages, paid ads, social media posts, and email sequences.
  • Support the Growth Hacker and external agency with high-converting ad copy and campaign messaging.
  • Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, optimizing for search visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to create content that communicates product value and market differentiation.

Thought leadership and brand messaging

  • Develop insightful blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, and industry reports that position TimeLog as a thought leader.
  • Write executive ghostwriting content (LinkedIn posts, articles, speeches) for leadership.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across all customer touchpoints

Cross-functional collaboration and content strategy

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure content supports business goals.
  • Align with the external marketing agency to ensure brand consistency in all content outputs.
  • Regularly update and refresh existing content assets to keep them relevant and optimized for performance.
🏆 Qualifications and experience:
  • Proven experience in copywriting, content marketing, or sales enablement writing in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to write persuasive, high-converting sales and marketing copy.
  • Experience working with Sales teams, Marketing teams, and external agencies to develop content.
  • Proficiency in SEO writing, digital advertising copy, and email marketing content.
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging based on audience segmentation and campaign objectives.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms is a plus.

Over the past 20 years, TimeLog has grown. From a basement to offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia.
