In this role, you’ll be responsible for building scalable content marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, adoption, and expansion from our largest Enterprise customers and prospects. From case studies to white papers, you'll lead the charge to equip Waitwhile with content that's tailored to our Enterprise buyer profiles.

You’ll also be a major contributor to broader cross-functional campaigns, working closely with other teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Sales.

What you'll be doing 🚀

Content & SEO Strategy

  • Develop and execute a consistent content marketing and SEO plan aligned with growth goals to drive organic traffic and inbound leads.
  • Create a high-quality content drumbeat (blog posts, case studies, white papers, ebooks, press releases, explainer video scripts, and other types of collateral) that resonates with key decision-makers in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Optimize website content to improve rankings and increase discoverability for high-intent keywords.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with the buyer’s journey and is effectively distributed to reach decision-makers at the right time.

Sales & Demand Generation Support

  • Develop conversion-focused content that supports demand generation campaigns, email marketing, top, middle, & bottom of funnel conversion, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by helping craft personalized content for high-value Enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align content efforts with ABM campaigns, ensuring messaging resonates with key accounts.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to create targeted content that accelerates the sales cycle and nurtures leads.
  • Assist in the development of vertical-specific messaging that aligns with our key industries.

Social Media & Thought Leadership

  • Manage and grow Waitwhile’s social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Tik Tok) by creating and curating engaging content for B2B audiences.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to optimize organic social strategies.
  • Engage with the B2B community, influencers, and potential clients to build brand authority and foster relationships.

PR & Brand Awareness

  • Support PR efforts to increase media coverage and industry recognition.
  • Explore opportunities to partner with industry events, podcasts, and blogs to expand brand reach.

What skills you need 📖

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or demand generation (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in content marketing, including social media, writing/editing long-form and short-form content that engages and converts.
  • Strategy and execution experience in demand generation, including content for lead magnets, campaign funnels and lead scoring, personalized nurture journeys, and sales enablement.
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and content’s role in the buying journey.
  • Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day content initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to create impactful content.
  • A self-starter mentality - comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and wearing multiple hats.


Bonus skills & attributes 🙌

  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and crafting content for high-value accounts.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Previous exposure to PR or influencer marketing in a B2B setting.
  • Experience incorporating AI into workflows.
