We’re looking for a driven Global Support Associate to support German-speaking workers throughout Europe. You'll primarily handle customer tickets via email, chat, and phone. Your goal is to assist customers, collaborate with the team to build scalable solutions, quickly adapt to digital tools, and proactively solve issues, delivering a smooth, world-class experience.


What You'll Do:

  • Responsive Support: Swiftly handle tickets via email and chat—with occasional phone interactions—to optimize first response times and customer satisfaction.

  • Do Things That Scale: Use AI, digital tools (Zapier, CRM, CS tools), and smart workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.

  • World-Class Experience: Anticipate customer needs, proactively resolve problems, and consistently deliver outstanding support.
