Embedded Software Engineer

Position Overview

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing cutting-edge embedded systems and contributing to defending the free world. 

In this position, you will have significant responsibilities and the freedom to work independently while collaborating closely with our talented team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in embedded software development, microcontroller (MCU) programming, and signal processing, along with current knowledge of the latest tools and methodologies for designing and optimizing embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and implement software for embedded devices and systems, from requirements analysis to production and commercial deployment.  

• Develop, code, test, and debug system software, ensuring efficiency, stability, and scalability.  

• Perform signal analysis and processing to optimize system performance.  

• Organize and provide post-production support for delivered systems, ensuring client satisfaction.  

• Research and integrate third-party and open-source software solutions to enhance project outcomes.  

• Demonstrate ownership and leadership in your work while supporting team efforts and sharing knowledge with peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.  

• Proven experience in embedded software engineering, particularly in developing and troubleshooting embedded systems.  

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++.  

• Expertise in microcontroller programming.  

• Strong understanding of signal processing techniques and their practical applications.  

• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking systems, and peer review processes.  

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently.  

• A natural team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
