Superside is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our world-class Revenue Operations team, specializing in marketing operations. This role is instrumental in managing inbound processes, lead routing, automation workflows, and cross-functional alignment to support our marketing and sales funnel. 


Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs. What you’ll do
  • Own and optimize inbound lead processes, including lead routing, scoring, and data enrichment to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.
  • Manage and enhance HubSpot workflows, ensuring accurate and efficient marketing operations.
  • Improve marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy for key funnel metrics and performance insights.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign execution, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Implement and oversee marketing automation initiatives, including creating and managing email sequences, landing pages, and other automated workflows.
  • Maintain data hygiene and compliance, including GDPR/CCPA regulations, ensuring a clear and actionable database.
  • Troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize marketing technology solutions in collaboration with the RevOps team.
  • Act as the project manager for marketing operations initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely execution.


What you’ll need to succeed
  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations role, with a focus on marketing automation and lead management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data, attribution models, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with lead scoring, routing, and enrichment tools such as Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools, UTM tracking, etc.) is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive execution.
