As an Industrial Designer for Retail, you will be responsible for creating world-class retail spaces for our products with a global reach. In this role, you will be part of our strong and connected design team, standing firm for quality design decisions throughout concept development, industrialization and production.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Developing innovative concepts and design solutions that align with company goals, creating forward-thinking designs while staying ahead of industry trends.

• Leading the creation of low-fidelity mock-ups, physical prototypes, and test designs, ensuring hands-on involvement throughout the development process.

• Creating and maintaining 2D specifications, 3D CAD models, and assembly instructions, ensuring precision and clarity for manufacturing and assembly.

• Contributing to internal and external presentations through research, visual renderings, and process documentation to support product development.

• Collaborating with manufacturing partners and suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of production, tracking components, and maintaining thorough records of designs and specifications.

We are looking for the following experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial design. Retail experience is a plus.

• Solid understanding of production techniques for batch production.

• Proficient in SolidWorks, Onshape, or Rhino; skilled in hands-on mock-up creation, prototyping, and model making.

• Excellent at visual communication, including sketching and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set roadmaps, create timelines, and efficiently involve stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.

• Ability to organise, self-manage and lead projects, coordinate with teams, and assist other designers in their tasks while ensuring smooth project execution.
