As a Traffic Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our on-road operations, ensuring everything from dispatch to delivery is efficient and hassle-free. The role includes proactively managing delayed drivers, reporting operational KPIs in daily and weekly status meetings, and recording operational deviations. You'll be part of our weekend team, with a rotating shift schedule that keeps things dynamic. Each week, you'll work one of these shifts: 04:00 - 12:00, 10:00 - 18:00, or 14:00 - 22:00. This role is a great fit for students or anyone looking to gain hands-on work experience while making the most of their weekends.

Hands-on experience in logistics and delivery operations - great for students or anyone looking to grow in the industry
Coordinate deliveries, solve mix-ups, and support drivers in real time
Proactively handle delays to keep everything on track
Report key operational data in daily and weekly meetings
Track and record delivery deviations to improve future processes
Work closely with teams across the company, including Customer Service, Driver Academy, and Capacity Planning
Plan and assign delivery routes for morning, evening, and same-day deliveries
Calculate capacity and adjust sales limits accordingly
Step in to cover routes when needed due to sickness or unexpected changes
Experience with Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)
Strong communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English
A structured and data-driven approach to solving problems with right prioritization
Ability to deliver on defined KPIs: on-time dispatch, on-time delivery, deliveries canceled
A proactive mindset - you take initiative and follow through
Experience in logistics, delivery operations, or transportation planning
Team player who enjoys helping others succeed and creating a good working environment.
Confidence in working with different people - from drivers to managers. Building strong relationships is key!
