In this role, you will play a key role in building great teams by ensuring that we have the right people in the right place. You would be part of the People Leadership Team, and accountable for recruitment, talent acquisition, internal mobility, and employer branding as well as lead the Talent Acquisition team, operating in both Norway (Oda) and Sweden (Mathem). In this role, you would lead the strategic development of processes, tools, and innovative products to empower leaders and the talent acquisition team, while also leading individual recruitment processes yourself.

Own the recruitment journey and processes at Oda and Mathem. Make the hiring process simple, fair, and effective by managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring a great candidate experience. Own all hiring tools (ATS, assessment tools, ad platforms, and headhunting tools).
Step in to lead or support recruitment processes as needed, ensuring we always attract and hire the right people in the best way possible.
Lead, support, and develop the team. Build a strong, collaborative Talent Acquisition team with a positive, dynamic culture. Guide the team to meet goals, deliver strong KPIs, and foster continuous growth and development.
Stay ahead of hiring needs. Work closely with leaders across the company to understand and anticipate hiring needs, ensuring we’re always prepared to bring in the right people at the right time.
Drive sustainability through diversity and inclusion. Collaborate with the business to achieve sustainability goals, making sure diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our vision at both Oda and Mathem.
Align talent strategy with business needs. Work closely with operations and capacity planning to make sure we have the right talent in place, keeping capacity high to meet customer expectations consistently.
Contribute to business success. Participate in projects that support the business and continuously improve ways of working within the People space.
Relevant educational background (within HR, Psychology, or adjacent working experience)
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a wide range of roles and disciplines.
Previous experience managing, leading, and/or mentoring team members within a Talent Acquisition team.
Previous experience with talent acquisition strategy and implementation.
Solid understanding of competency-based interviewing techniques, as well as practices for validation during recruitment processes (such as STAR-model interviews).
A solid understanding of the different requirements for recruiting across a wide range of roles, including leadership, technical positions, and high-volume blue-collar jobs, and various roles within operational.
Language proficiency; English is our primary working language. However, since this role focuses on the Norwegian and Swedish markets, having some knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish is a plus.
