As Lead Computer Vision Engineer, you will drive the development of advanced perception models, scalable data pipelines, and real-time AI systems to create a frictionless and intelligent safety layer between humans and machines. Your work will enhance awareness, reduce accidents, and redefine machine-assisted safety in industrial settings.

🎯 Your Role

• Lead the computer vision and AI development, from model design to real-world deployment.

• Define and implement AI verification & validation (V&V) strategies to ensure performance and reliability.

• Build and manage data pipelines for collecting, processing, and training AI models at scale.

• Optimize and deploy AI models on edge devices for real-time decision-making.

• Work closely with founders, engineers, and industry experts to bring cutting-edge AI to the field.

• Shape the technical roadmap and guide the future AI team as we scale.

🔍 Who You Are

• 5+ years in AI/Computer Vision with experience delivering commercial AI/ML products.

• Strong in stereo vision, object tracking, and AI model optimization.

• Experienced in building scalable ML pipelines and automated training workflows.

• Committed to engineering discipline, quality, and real-world robustness in AI development.

• Able to balance trade-offs between accuracy, performance, and deployment constraints.

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment.

💡 Bonus: Experience with ROS, LiDAR fusion, or real-time AI in safety-critical applications.
