Your Role

We’re looking for a Co-Founder and Growth Lead to kickstart FlavorScale’s entry into the Icelandic market. This role is essential to our growth strategy, as you’ll be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with Icelandic restaurants and partners. Working closely with experienced founders and marketing experts, you’ll lead our expansion efforts, onboard new partners, and support our mission to make FlavorScale a key player in Reykjavik. This is a unique chance to make an impact, gaining hands-on experience in business development, partner outreach, and growth initiatives within a startup environment.

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

• Social and outgoing—you’re comfortable reaching out and talking to people.

• Ability to clearly explain ideas and inspire excitement about FlavorScale.

• Organized and proactive, with a willingness to learn.

Practical information

As FlavorScale expands into Iceland, this role will be primarily remote. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with our team based in Denmark. We communicate regularly through virtual meetings and support a collaborative environment despite being remote. For occasional in-person meetings, travel arrangements to Denmark may be coordinated.
