We are looking for a CMO co-founder to drive the brand strategy and marketing efforts of Perma Padel. This role is equity-based, as we are pre-revenue and unable to offer a salary. Since the position is unpaid, we do not expect you to commit full-time immediately. However, we do expect you to dedicate significant effort and be ready to go full-time once we start generating revenue. We’re seeking someone who shares our vision and is driven by the challenge of building something groundbreaking from the ground up.

About Perma Padel

Perma Padel is revolutionizing the padel racket industry with high-performance rackets made from fully recyclable materials.

Traditional rackets break quickly, generate massive waste, and rely on outdated manufacturing methods. We’ve engineered a stronger, better, and longer-lasting alternative using cutting-edge materials and precision engineering.

Our grand ambition is to become a leading brand and developer of high-performance carbon fiber sports equipment and activewear apparel.

We are currently finalizing product development and expect to launch in the summer of 2025.

Our progress so far

• Developed 10+ prototypes, testing various materials and manufacturing methods.

• Filed a patent for an innovative hitting surface that enhances spin generation.

• Secured €200,000 in funding, with plans to close our pre-seed round by summer.

• Finalized a commercially ready racket and secured a manufacturing partnership.

Who we’re looking for

• Several years of experience in marketing and brand building, ideally within sports or consumer goods.

• Passion for sports (preferably padel), innovation, and building companies.

• Prior startup experience—either from your own venture or working in an early-stage company.

• A strategic mindset, comfortable defining responsibilities and taking ownership of brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, partnerships, and community building.
