As a Customer Success / Co-Founder, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our athletes and sponsors. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that our users get the most out of spons.gg, helping them succeed with their sponsorships, and driving engagement on the platform. You will also be instrumental in shaping the company’s strategy, operations, and growth.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sports and sponsorship.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with athletes and sponsors.
Experience in customer success, business development, or sales is a plus.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment and taking on multiple roles.
