Are you a skilled fullstack engineer with a passion for AI, startups, and making an impact in health & nutrition? Do you want to co-build a company from the ground up and own a meaningful stake in a game-changing product?

Nutrish.ai is looking for a Technical Cofounder to help us build and scale an AI-powered nutrition coach. This is an equity-only role to start, with the potential for compensation as we generate revenue.

At this stage, we prioritize customer funding over investor funding—meaning our focus is on building a product that customers love and will pay for, rather than raising capital. We believe in sustainable growth and creating real value before scaling.

As a cofounder, you’ll be a key driver of our technology and shape the future of AI-driven nutrition.

🛠 What You’ll Build

• Develop & scale our AI-powered chatbot to provide personalized nutrition recommendations.

• Own and improve the fullstack architecture (backend, frontend, AI integration).

• Optimize performance and user experience for a seamless chat-based interface.

• Integrate APIs, LLMs, and analytics to improve engagement and retention.

• Contribute to the long-term product vision and make strategic technical decisions.

🔍 Who You Are

• Fullstack developer with strong skills in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind.

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI API, RAG, or similar AI frameworks).

• Startup mindset – you thrive in uncertainty, take ownership, and move fast.

• Excellent communication skills in English (bonus if you speak Swedish 🇸🇪).

• Based in Europe (for timezone alignment).

• Ideally full-time, but minimum 20h/week commitment to start.
