Exxentric is looking for a Sales & Community Management Trainee to join us in transforming the future of strength training and making a lasting impact on the strength and health community.

As Trainee for Sales & Community Management, you will support the team in managing and converting direct leads while working closely with our Area Business Managers (ABMs). You will assist in handling customer inquiries related to support and service. Additionally, you will help manage and respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) on Exxentric’s social media channels, with the potential to convert these interactions into sales. These responsibilities may increase over time as you gain experience and demonstrate the ability to take on more ownership.
This is a six-month traineeship with the possibility of a permanent position after completion. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Work within our CRM system to manage and track leads.
Proactively reach out to leads to drive engagement and conversions.
Handle and convert direct leads into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with other ABMs to optimize sales strategies.
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
Manage and engage with Exxentric’s social media community by answering comments and DMs.
Identify potential sales opportunities from social media interactions.
Provide equipment demonstrations to potential customers to showcase product benefits.
No prior work experience required, but prior experience in Sales is a plus.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or Sports Management is optional but preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
Passion for or experience in strength training, sports, or fitness.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media management and customer engagement.
Interest in sales and customer relationship management.
