The Hub is searching for a Financial Product Specialist on behalf of a Fintech client in Jutland.

Our client is looking fore are looking for a Financial Product Specialist to act as the go-to expert for financial and product-related questions. This person will bridge finance, product, sales, and customer success—ensuring the platform aligns with financial best practices while supporting marketing, onboarding, and technical inquiries.

The role is part-time, hybrid, or consulting-based, making it ideal for professionals already working in finance or accounting but interested in contributing to a cutting-edge financial software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

 Product & Financial Expertise

• Ensure the product adheres to financial guidelines and best practices.

• Act as an internal expert on financial operations, accounting principles, and compliance.

• Provide input to product development to maintain financial accuracy and relevance.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist sales teams with technical and financial-related product questions.

• Support marketing with insights on financial pain points and content creation.

• Contribute to product messaging by ensuring financial credibility.

Customer Success & Onboarding

• Help onboard SMEs and accountants, ensuring they maximize the platform’s value.

• Provide technical and financial guidance to new users.

• Act as a liaison between users and the product team to refine features.

Ideal Profile:

 Must-have:

• Hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping (from either a corporate finance team or an accounting firm).

• Strong understanding of SME finance workflows and accounting compliance.

• Ability to translate financial complex information into simple, actionable insights.

• Experience working with accounting or finance software in a expert capacity

Nice-to-have:

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field OR certified accountant.

• Familiarity with Nordic financial regulations and bookkeeping standards.
