The Digital Marketing and Advertising Specialist will plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on brand building, user acquisition and engagement for Coursfy. The position calls for experience in social media marketing, PPC, SEO, and campaign performance measurement. Social Media and Content Marketing
Manage and optimize social media efforts across several platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Develop and implement content strategies to increase engagement, brand visibility, and lead creation.
Analyze social media data and change methods to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to ensure the production of high-quality, engaging content aligned with marketing objectives.
Paid Advertising and Performance Marketing.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and evaluate advertising performance indicators, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to enhance campaign success.
A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting, and message to improve performance.
Implement retargeting methods for better client acquisition and retention.
SEO and website optimization
Implement keyword research and SEO tactics to boost organic search visibility and ranks.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for higher search engine traffic and conversion rates.
Analyze website performance with Google Analytics and Google Search Console to find areas for improvement.
Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
Optimize email subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements to enhance open and click-through rates.
Segment email lists based on user behavior and engagement to create personalized marketing campaigns.
Analytics and Performance Reporting.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts, including engagement metrics, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
Strong knowledge of SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing strategies.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). v Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign is preferred.
