We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedContent Specialist to help launch our services in the Netherlands and Flandern. This is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful content, optimise digital experiences, and grow with a dynamic company.
About Nettbureau
At Nettbureau, you'll enjoy flexible work days in a flat yet efficient organisation. Your closest colleagues will be a small Dutch team, but you’ll also be part of a larger, international content team working across multiple countries.
We're a Norwegian scaleup with over a decade of experience building niche online marketplaces. Each year, we help millions of users make smart choices through our comparison services, connecting them with trusted products and service providers. We operate over 100 services across 11 countries.
We’ve also balanced rapid growth with profitability. Financial Times recently named us one of Europe's Long-Term Growth Champions 2025, ranking above household names like Zalando and Spotify. In Norway, we've been named a “Gaselle” company for ten consecutive years, earning us a spot in the Hall of Fame.
At Nettbureau, we're a team of more than 70 colleagues, with around 50 based in Oslo. We hire people for their skills rather than their degrees, creating a diverse mix of historians, literaturescholars, medicaldoctors, engineers and marketers.
We value a friendly, social work culture – whether you enjoy team-building events, book clubs, chess matches, or after-work gatherings, you’ll find plenty of ways to connect. And if you prefer to keep it low-key? No worries – many of us do too.
Some of your future colleagues in the Content department. We invest in professional development, like this two day content event in Stockholm.
About the Dutch team
We are now preparing to launch in the Netherlands and Belgium - primarily in the renewable energy niche - and are looking for a person with strong sales skills and local knowledge/network to kickstart our Dutch B2B sales efforts.
The team covering the Netherlands and Flandern will be a startup within the scale-up. To begin with, the team will only consist of two people: one on the content/product side (this role) and one on the sales/business side. In other words, you have the opportunity to really make your mark in an entrepreneurial setting.
Rest assured you will get plenty of support from our existing content, marketing and tech teams, and be able to learn from the best practices of our other European teams.
You will work especially close with the French team, who covers the other part of Belgium.
About the Role
This role offers a mix of creativityandstrategy, with plenty of opportunities to expand your skills in SEO, digital marketing, content performance analysis, and user engagement. As part of our international content team, you’ll learn from best practices in countries like Norway, Sweden, Spain, and Italy – while ensuring all content is tailored to local audiences in the Netherlands and Flandern.
Key responsibilities
Plan, write and publish high-quality, SEO-optimised content, including articles, landing pages, and user-friendly forms, designed for user engagement and conversion.
Ensure all content reflects local language nuances and cultural norms in both markets.
Conduct keyword research to identify new content opportunities.
Create compelling content for emails, newsletters, and marketing materials to support brand growth.

At Nettbureau, we build online platforms that help people and businesses. For over a decade, we’ve connected users with great deals and suppliers with new customers.
What we do
Our niche online marketplaces span sectors ranging from renewable energy and property to telecom and law. Every year millions of users receive offers from thousands of local suppliers across 11 countries. We’re proud of being part of Europe’s green energy transition and creating safe, efficient and useful services that help people make better decisions.
Almost everything we do is in-house and we invest heavily in technology. Our focus is to create long-term value for our users, businesses and our team.
In their 2025 ranking of Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions, Financial Times times ranked Nettbureau in the top 40, ahead of household names like Spotify and Zalando.
Want to join us?
Our team is as diverse as our platforms, spanning not only nationalities. We have chefs, historians, teachers, engineers, and even former medical doctors among us. Everyone brings something unique to the table – whether it’s a new skill, a fresh perspective, or an unexpected hobby.
Once people join us, they tend to stay. We think that says a lot about our culture. We invest in people, helping them grow, take on new challenges, and shape their own careers.
Our Scandinavian roots show in our flat structure, where trust is key and ideas matter more than job titles. But we’re also shaped by European influences, making our social culture more dynamic and welcoming than your typical Nordic workplace.
We have three main offices: At our headquarters in Oslo we sit together with Oda next to Tøyen torg. In Stockholm our office in Södermalm was just nominated for "Sweden's best-looking office". And in Skien, Norway we probably also have one of the best offices in that region.
