In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving Freetrailer's sales efforts by fostering long-term customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As a Sales Representative, you will take ownership of expanding our presence in the Dutch market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships. Your ability to listen, understand customer needs, and act proactively will be essential in securing loyalty and building trust. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales through new business development
  • Conduct customer meetings and send proposals to achieve weekly targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new customers to ensure mutual success.
  • Work closely with Customer Support, Marketing, and the Tech teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain and ensure Freetrailer's high level of customer satisfaction.
  • KPIs to measure and improve customer success metrics.

Qualifications and personal skills:

  • Fluent Dutch language skills (native or professional proficiency) are essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a “hunter” sales mentality.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet ambitious weekly targets.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is an advantage.
  • Experience in Media Sale, Out-of-home or related field would be a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied environment.
