About the role

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Senior Operations Manager who will grow into the Head of Operations role at Munchi. In this position, you’ll play a key part in enhancing and evolving Munchi’s products, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our restaurant partners. As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, tech, marketing and finance) and report directly to our CEO, contributing to our mission of empowering restaurants to thrive in a digital-first world.

Your main responsibilities

• Onboarding new restaurants

• Managing and supporting existing restaurants

• On-demand support for our restaurant customers

• Working closely with our partner networks such as Wolt, Foodora, Uber Eats and Bolt.

• Improving and building our product in collaboration with our tech and sales team

• Gathering feedback from our restaurant partners and improving operational efficiency

• Overseeing Munchi’s operations and building an operational playbook

To succeed in this role, you should

• Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Have experience working with project management tools and frameworks

• Be able to have flexible working hours

• Have the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

• Focus on delivering great user experiences

• Be eager to learn and open to feedback

• Speak Finnish and English fluently (This role involves direct communication with Finnish-speaking restaurant partners)

• Communicate well with internal and external stakeholders

• Have experience with customer-facing roles

Bonus if you

• Have experience in the Food or SaaS industry

• Have an interest in and understanding of startups

• Know how to leverage AI to make your work more efficient

• Have prior experience in cross-functional team collaboration

Location: Hybrid mode in our Helsinki office.
