UA is more like a school than a company; our aim is to help more graduates get practical experience to help their careers. What you'll do as an HR Coordinator Trainee?

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

• Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide appropriate support and guidance

• Assist in updating employee handbooks and other HR-related documents

• Help foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and activities

Who we're looking for?

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Good English skills, we are an English-speaking company
