As a Financial Controller, you will have a broad area of responsibility with varied tasks, such as:
Invoice Processing:
Pay incoming invoices and ensure correct accounting.
Example: Optimize and automate invoice processing processes.
Compliance Reporting:
Prepare and deliver reports according to internal and external requirements.
Example: Collaborate with internal audit teams to improve reporting processes.
Verification of vouchers:
Review and verify vouchers for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
P&L reporting:
Responsibility for periodic profit and loss (P&L) reports that provide insight into the company's financial performance.
Example: Develop an Excel-based dashboard for continuous monitoring of financial key figures.
Budgeting:
Prepare, follow up and analyze budgets together with the finance team.
Excel reporting:
Develop and maintain Excel models and reports that support our financial analyses and decision-making processes.
Must-have qualifications:
Practical experience with financial management, accounting and invoice processing.
Advanced skills in Excel (e.g. advanced formulas, pivot tables and macros).
Ability to deliver accurate and structured reports with strong analytical skills.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Experience from e-commerce and/or international companies.
Knowledge of compliance reporting and P&L analysis tools.
Experience with budgeting and development of financial models.
Experience with ERP systems or other financial management tools.
