We are now looking for a Product Developer & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will support our Head of Product Development in developing and improving our products, and coordinating the supply chain to ensure smooth production and logistics.
As a Product Developer & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will have a varied role with a focus on supporting the product development process, including:
Product Development & Design Support:
Assist in the development of new jeans products from idea to launch.
Conduct research on trends, materials and fit to support the design process.
Prepare technical specifications and samples for production.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Support planning and coordination of the supply chain, in close collaboration with suppliers and logistics partners.
Ensure smooth inventory management and production timelines.
Assist with communication between manufacturers and internal teams.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement within design and production flows.
Support the implementation of new working methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with our Head of Product Development and the teams in design, production and purchasing.
Be a key link between external suppliers and the internal team to ensure clear communication.
Must have:
Education in product design, supply chain management, industrial design or similar.
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Structured and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and collaborate in a team.
Based in Gothenburg - office presence required.
Previous experience from the fashion or textile industry.
Experience of working with international suppliers and logistics.
Knowledge of sustainability and environmentally friendly production methods.
Experience of digital tools for product development and supply chain management.
Knowledge of Turkish - an advantage when communicating with certain suppliers.
