As our Head of Operations, you’ll play a key role in scaling our production, improving processes, and ensuring seamless operations. Your role: 

• Lead operations & supply chain: Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure efficiency and quality. 

• Drive production & scaling: Ensure timely material flow and optimize production processes. 

• Negotiate & collaborate: Build strong supplier partnerships and drive cost-effective solutions. 

• Ensure technical excellence: Oversee technical quality and process improvements.   

This role requires a sharp eye for technical understanding and a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate supplier contracts and rights management effectively. Some travel is required as a part of this position. Familiarity with IPR and contract rights is also important. 

What you bring: 

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, or a related field. 

• Experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, or operations. 

• Strong technical insight and hands-on project leadership skills. 

• Experience in solar film, thin-film coating, or glass/window industries is a plus. 

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term supplier relationships. 

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented mindset. 

• Have you worked in a startup, especially with a hardware product?   This is not a requirement, but definitely a big advantage.
