We’re seeking a Co-Founder – Sales Operations to join us in Stockholm. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will lead our sales efforts, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build lasting customer relationships. Sales Leadership – Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
On-the-Ground Sales – Lead by example, actively engaging with potential clients in the field.
Process Optimization – Develop and refine sales workflows to enhance efficiency and maximize results.
Market Engagement – Identify, connect with, and secure partnerships with key players in the retail and tech industries.
Data-Driven Strategy – Analyze sales metrics to uncover opportunities, refine strategies, and shape our go-to-market approach.
CRM & Pipeline Management – Oversee our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and transparent sales tracking.
Sales Reporting – Provide actionable insights and reports to guide decision-making and strategy.
Proven success in B2B sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, tech, or retail solutions.
Experience as an SDR, BDR, or Account Executive is a strong plus.
Strategic mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Startup experience or a deep passion for entrepreneurship and scaling businesses.
Proactive, adaptable, and driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
