To excel at this position, you will need to have

• At least 6+ years of experience in the IT Administrator position 

• Administrator level knowledge of Mac OS 

• Administrator level knowledge of Google Workspace administration 

• Willingness to work exclusively from the office

Your main responsibilities

• Supporting the geographically distributed team in resolving IT issues. 
• Workstations management - Mac OS.
• Mobile platforms management via Mobile Device Management for both iOS and Android OSes. 
• Security management.
• ICT Networks management.
• Generic ICT infrastructure management (cloud services, tools, etc.).
• Participation in the ISMS Risk Management Process in the role of a technical expert.
• Supervise access rights to the Organization’s resources following the ISMS Access Control Process. 
• Coordinating acquisition of generic ICT infrastructure following the ISMS Acquisition Process. 
• Maintenance of ICT infrastructure and resources.
• Taking part in the execution of ISMS Operations Management Plans. 
• Monitoring and maintenance of ICT networks and resources of the Organization.
• Management of availability, capacity of generic ICT infrastructure.
• Responding to threats and security incidents in the Organization.
• Raising awareness of users in the technological area.

Our recruitment process

We want to make sure Centra is the right fit for you—just as much as you’re the right fit for us. Here’s what you can expect from our recruitment process:

1. Introductory Interview

This is where we get to know each other! We’ll introduce you to Centra—our product, culture, and the role itself. We’ll also discuss your experience, expectations and what you’re looking for in your next challenge. (Online, 30–45 min)

2. Maki Assessments

You’ll receive an invitation to complete short online assessments that evaluate your problem-solving and language skills. This helps us understand how you think and communicate. (Online, ~30 min)

3. Technical Interview

This stage focuses on the technical aspects of the role. You’ll engage in discussions and tasks designed to showcase your skills in a real-world context. (Online, 1.5–2h)

4. Cultural Fit Interview

At this final stage, we’ll talk about your past experiences, your future at Centra, and how you approach the intersection of technology, business, and people. This is also a great chance for you to experience our office environment and meet some of the team! (On-site, 1h)
