Measurable gains in key metrics within the Revenue Org, such as win rate or customer retention, based on analysis and process changes you've implemented
Improved accuracy of our revenue forecast based improved Funnel health and performance insights
Increased Market Intelligence to that aids Monta in determining where to invest for maximum growth potential
Your Key Responsibilities - Some things you’ll be working on:

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience - Core Competencies Needed for This Role:
5+ years of experience in revenue strategy, sales analytics, business consulting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) within a B2B or SaaS environment.
Commercially minded with strong analytical skills, experienced in creating and interpreting dashboards and reports to surface insight to leadership.
Ability to deep dive into performance data and determine the risks and opportunities to key metrics (Total ARR, CAC, NRR, Magic Number, CSAT).
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for executive leadership.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionality to deduce and deliver data-informed business recommendations.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot), and Excel/Google Sheets.
