We’re looking for a creative, driven person who is versatile, combining creativity and empathy with an analytical & results-driven mindset to take our social media presence to the next level by designing a cohesive feed, creating engaging content, regular posting, growing and engaging with our community, and driving overall brand awareness.
Ideally you are a student looking to do an internship (LIA/praktik) as part of your studies, or work as a part time freelancer, eager to take on a new challenge and help us upgrade our content and social media presence. We’d love you to be in the Stockholm area, however, it’s not a must.
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand’s voice, visual identity and brand awareness online. It involves planning, creating, and managing content mostly across Meta platforms, engaging with our community, and driving growth through strategic and visually compelling social media campaigns.
Content Creation & Management
Design and maintain a visually cohesive and on-brand social media
Plan and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing goals
Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories for social media and ads, by:
Taking original photos and videos
Editing content for high-quality visuals and storytelling
Repurposing existing content to create posts and reels
Post consistently across platforms (ca 4-5 posts per week + stories)
Ideally you can be in front of the camera yourself from time to time and feel comfortable doing it
Main channels include Instagram and Facebook - Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok is a plus
Community Management
Actively engage with our community by responding to messages, comments, and mentions
Foster connections with followers and engage with relevant accounts and profiles to build relationships, collaborations and to expand reach and followers
Analytics & Strategy
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth)
Analyze content performance and provide insights for improvement
Stay updated on social media trends and propose innovative ideas
Collaboration & Adaptability
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns
Adapt to a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, ensuring deadlines are met

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish and German is a plus
Technical skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role creating content & managing social media (Instagram, Facebook primarily) for a D2C brand. Alternatively you have a strong track record of creating and planning SoMe content that resulted in measurable growth and engagement
Creative & Storytelling Skills: Strong visual eye for high quality and premium brand identity, and great visual and verbal storytelling skills. Ability to empathize with the target audience and create engaging content and captions that resonate and connect.
Photography & Videography Expertise: Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (using tools like Adobe Suite, Davinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, or similar). Ideally you have an iphone or professional camera to record social content.
Organizational Skills: Ability to plan content in advance and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping deadlines. Embracing technologies that enable smart and efficient working comes natural to you.
Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding and experience of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, including trends and algorithms. Pinterest and LinkedIn is a plus.
Community Engagement: Proven experience growing and engaging online communities.
Industry skills (very nice to have): You are well versed in & passionate about sustainable fashion and/or health & fitness and can authentically speak about it on camera. You can easily identify and communicate with suitable collaborators in that space.
Intern (LIA): Minimum 6 months (min 20 h/week)
Freelancer: 1-2 days/week for a minimum of 6 months
For interns: This is a non-paid internship. Minimum 6 months (min 20 h/week), with potential to turn into a paid role after that.
For freelancers: 5000-8000 SEK ex VAT/month, depending on experience level and time commitment.
