At Leia Health, we are on a mission to support the next 1B parents through AI-powered tech solutions. We currently have two B2B products: our postpartum health app that we sell on a license fee to insurance companies to bundle with their health insurance and our Parental Leave solution offered to Enterprise, optimising and streamlining the parental leave process. By supporting employees’ postpartum health and parental leave journeys we enable a healthier, more sustainable return to work while fostering a family-friendly workplace culture.
As a Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with our roadmap, set by the CPO and team during company strategy sessions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting user research, market expansion, and product development. This is a hands-on role, where you'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and HR and medical experts to build the best possible experience for our customers.
How you make an impact
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with company objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders to refine product features and requirements.
Support user research and market entry initiatives for our B2B product, ensuring alignment with our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
Drive Product-Market Fit (PMF) efforts by continuously validating user needs, iterating based on data, and ensuring product adoption.
Be hands-on in product development—this could mean creating content, coordinating with our HR and medical experts, or working directly with the development team.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of the GTM strategy and overall product vision.
Monitor key product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with PMF goals and iterating based on insights.
Foster an innovative and collaborative team culture in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You Bring / Your Skills and Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in product management, ownership, or GTM strategy execution.
Experience working with B2B products and/or market expansion initiatives, including GTM planning and PMF validation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where adaptability is key.
Experience from working at start ups and enterprise companies.
Strong communicator with fluency in English.
Open to being hands-on in execution, from creating product content to managing external HR experts.
Plus if you have a background in HR-tech or a strong understanding of HR solutions.
