At Entrepreneurs Without Borders (EWB), our mission is to foster a dynamic network of impact startups and sustainable businesses across Europe with a focus on female founders . Through our growing network of impact chapters, we aim to scale SDG-aligned startups, drive local economic empowerment, and create a global movement for sustainable development.

We are proud to be part of the DEEP Consolid8 Accelerator, connecting us to a vibrant ecosystem of innovators and changemakers across Europe.

We are a passionate team of volunteers working towards making this our full-time mission. While this position is currently volunteer-based, we are committed to securing funding to offer paid roles in the future.

Your Role as Social Media Manager

We need a creative storyteller and strategic thinker to amplify our mission, highlight the journeys of female founders, and promote our European impact chapters. You will be the voice of EWB across digital platforms, inspiring engagement and action.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that reflects our focus on supporting female founders and building impact-driven ecosystems across Europe.

• Create compelling visual and written content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, showcasing our founders, initiatives, and events.

• Grow and engage our online community, fostering meaningful dialogue with entrepreneurs, partners, and supporters.

• Collaborate with our global team to share updates on our programs, partnerships, and success stories.

• Analyze social media performance to refine content strategies and boost engagement.

• Act as our digital ambassador, representing EWB’s mission and values in social media spaces.
