Purpose: Secure the funding needed to sustain and expand Nordic Compass’ initiatives, ensuring long-term impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Research grant opportunities and potential funding sources aligned with Nordic Compass’ mission.

• Write compelling, well-structured grant proposals that highlight our impact and goals.

• Plan and execute creative fundraising campaigns and events.

• Maintain relationships with donors and provide them with updates on the impact of their contributions.

• Track and report on fundraising efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
