We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Helper to assist with market research and validation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, gathering insights, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to validate the beachhead market.

• Assist the technical team in collecting data on product specifications. Assess the value of the product to potential customers.

• Identify and initiate contact with relevant industry actors.

• Arrange meetings between relevant external contacts and the team.

• Maintain and update a customer and leads database and potentially set up and train on a CRM tool.

• Help develop and follow a phone script and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contacting leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Outgoing, efficient, and comfortable making calls.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and tolerate visionary and innovative thinking.

• Basic knowledge of market research.

• Basic-level scientific understanding and ability to communicate the value of the product.

• Highly organized with attention to detail for reporting and follow-ups.

• Actively finding and securing new leads.

• Contributing to the overall knowledge of market needs and customer expectations.
