What’s dovento?

We’re an app for creating micro-events that connect people over shared interests. From book clubs to volleyball, creative workshops to casual meetups - our mission is simple: bring people together. After launching in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Malmö, we’re now making waves in Tallinn with the vision to connect expats and locals in the city!

Who is a Superhost?

On dovento, anyone can host events, but as a Super-Host, you’ll go the extra mile by hosting regular, meaningful events that build lasting communities. We’re looking for a Book Club Superhost to kick-start something special: an inclusive and vibrant space for book lovers in Tallinn!

As a Book Club Super-Host, you will:

📚 Host monthly book club meetings - choose a genre or rotate themes based on the group’s preferences.

📚 Be a key part of dovento's growing community in Tallinn.

📚 Meet fellow Book Club Superhosts at exclusive dovento gatherings.

📚 Get direct access to the dovento team for feedback and ideas.

📚 Receive a glowing reference to boost your CV.

📚 Help shape dovento’s features and future direction.

Your responsibilities:

• Organize book selections with your attendees - create a plan that excites your group!

• Find a venue, like a public library or non-profit café.

• Share any costs with attendees if needed.

• Stay in touch with the dovento team to improve the app experience.

• Most importantly - have fun! This is your passion project, so make it your own and enjoy the journey.
