We are looking for a Campaign Manager who can switch gears between the high-fashion-digital-world of goSupermodel (GSM) and the social-first vibe of Momio.

You will be the bridge between our community, our internal creative team as well as our Design and our Shop Teams, making sure every campaign is fun, safe, and actually works for our specific communities.
Whether you are a morning bird or a night owl, we offer flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle. While we are flexible, the heartbeat of our team pulses in Central European Time (CET). 2. Getting the Word Out
Create and run social media content. You will need to speak "GSM" to one group and "Momio" to the other - they are very different crowds.
Work with content creators, item designers and partners to bring new energy to the platforms.
If a campaign is not hitting the mark, you are the one who figures out how to fix it.
3. Working with the Team
Involve the goHosts, our Inclusivity Champions, our goDesigner, Social Media Ambassadors, our internally Design & Shop Teams to make sure the features or content you want to bring to live (like new items or new mini games) - and involve the Dev Team to make sure everything are actually doable.
Quality check all visuals and messages to make sure they look good and fit our brands.
4. Keeping it Inclusive (The Must-Have)
Check in with our team of Feedback Admins, Community Admins, Inclusivity Team and more to see what the community is actually saying about our campaigns & events and make sure to ask the user base for feedback after every big launch.
Work with our Inclusivity Group to make sure our campaigns do not just cater to one type of person, but represent everyone fairly.
5. The Results
Look at the data after a campaign ends. Did it work? Why or why not?
Give the Community Teams and Management Team a clear, no-nonsense look at the numbers.
You know how to run a digital campaign from start to finish.
You are familiar with the gaming industry and you specifically understand games monetization models and you know how to balance player experience and user happiness with sustainable revenue.
genuinely care about diversity and know how to handle sensitive topics.
You can handle two different platforms and multiple projects without losing your mind.
You are comfortable jumping into a call with the Devs or the CEO to explain your plan.
To apply, send over your CV and a Campaign Proposal for goSupermodel or Momio (or both). Your proposal should cover:
The Concept: What is the theme?
The Crowd: Who are you talking to?
The Fun: What will players actually do on the site?
The Promotion: How do we get people to notice?
The Values: How are you keeping it inclusive?
