Lead and Build our commercial efforts: Marketing, sales, and customer success
Develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base
Collaborate closely with the founders to align efforts and scale the platform
Optimize the sales pipeline and build a scalable lead generation process
Create partnerships with industry players and grow our affiliate program
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (bonus if it's B2B SaaS or e-commerce)
Ambition to take ownership of commercial growth in a fast-moving startup
A strong understanding of developer communities
A knack for storytelling and building trust with customers
Entrepreneurial mindset: you're proactive, adaptable, and ready to hustle

Equity and growth: This is an early-stage role with the opportunity for equity or, alternatively, a commission-based model tied to performance and sales success. The role may not necessarily be full-time to start, with flexibility for part-time involvement as you transition into a larger role over time.
Moonbase provides an e-commerce platform designed for software companies. We handle everything needed to sell software globally: pricing, licensing, affiliate programs, subscriptions, storefronts, VAT reporting, and more.
Our business is built on usage-based pricing (not SaaS subscriptions), with a sustainable gross margin. Weâre profitable, bootstrapped, and reinvesting all earnings to accelerate growth.
We're currently a small, dedicated team with paying customers and a growing pipeline.
Weâre a remote-first company with founders based in Norway and Amsterdam
Youâll have the freedom to work from wherever youâre most effective
