We’re looking for an ambitious and driven sales professional to contribute to our continued international expansion. As Brella’s Account Executive, you’ll engage with prospects, negotiate deals, and close new sales on a monthly basis. Your success will directly impact our company’s growth.
To thrive in this role, you should have proven experience in achieving sales targets, executing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and booking meetings to closing deals.

Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and booking meetings to closing deals.
Conduct sales meetings and close deals following the Brella Sales Playbook in a high-velocity sales environment—you’ll manage a pipeline with 20+ active deals at any time.
Work systematically and actively manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Balance independent ownership of your sales with collaborative teamwork—we support each other to achieve the best results.
Contribute to Brella’s global expansion with your sales expertise, helping us grow and scale faster.
You are highly motivated to drive new sales and hit monthly sales targets.
You have proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in an international environment.
You can diagnose business challenges using SPIN or similar sales methodologies and tailor solutions to prospects' needs.
You work systematically and can manage a fast-paced pipeline of 20+ active deals.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (no Finnish required!).
You thrive in a fast-moving, ambitious team and are driven to meet or exceed targets.
