We're looking for a talented lead software engineer to join our team with and help us build groundbreaking software that will make a real difference in the lives of patients. Our software uses state-of-the-art AI and computer vision technology to improve the accuracy and speed of cardiovascular disease diagnosis, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes and lives saved.

What you'll do:

• Drive technical delivery and team coordination

• Manage sprint planning and development timelines

• Write high-quality code and conduct code reviews

• Work closely with our data science team to integrate ML solutions

• Help grow and mentor our engineering team as we scale

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on development experience, particularly in Python

• Track record of successfully delivering software projects

• Experience running development sprints and managing timelines

• Ability to balance technical excellence with practical delivery

• Great communication and team coordination skills

• Experience mentoring other developers

• Ability to attend on-site in the office in Helsinki

• A passion for making a real difference in the world

• Experience with Quality Management Systems and/or regulated environments

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with medical imaging

• Familiarity with computer vision and Machine learning pipelines
