As the Senior Advertising Campaign Manager, you will be pivotal in planning, implementing, and optimising advertising campaigns that support Vivino’s 1P Merchant and Winery initiatives. You will also contribute strategically to advertising yield and performance, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and mentor team members to achieve shared goals. Furthermore, here are some of the primary responsibilities we have identified for this position:

  • 1P Campaign Management & Execution
    • Plan, forecast, implement, and optimise Vivino’s 1P Merchant and Winery campaigns across display, paid social, and email marketing channels, ensuring efficient trafficking and smooth ad delivery while troubleshooting creative and technical issues.
  • Yield Optimization & Programmatic Advertising
    • Collaborate with the third-party sales house to optimise programmatic yield and revenue, analyse performance data for strategic improvements, and manage inventory effectively to balance fill rates and CPMs.
  • Display Advertising Mentoring
    • Provide training and guidance on display advertising and ad tech, support campaign monitoring processes, and suggest optimisation and upsell strategies to enhance campaign success.
  • Strategic & Industry Focus
    • Stay informed on trends in programmatic advertising, ad tech, and emerging channels, contribute to advertising strategies, explore new markets and formats, and build strong relationships within the programmatic ecosystem.

Campaign & Yield Management: Hands-on experience managing campaigns from planning to reporting, with the ability to monitor overall inventory levels to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise with ad-serving platforms (especially Google Ad Manager), programmatic tools and techniques (DSPs, SSPs, Prebid.js), and data analytics. Familiarity with GDPR TCF 2.2 and Consent Management is an advantage.

Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues related to ad serving, campaign delivery, and programmatic setups.

Strong Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Adaptability & Proactive Approach: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
