We’re building a new core product team and looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of our platform by defining user-centric solutions, designing concepts, and collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the future of the SimplerQMS platform by designing user-centric solutions in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers. You’ll gather data to identify opportunities, map user journeys, and validate concepts through prototyping and testing. 

At SimplerQMS, collaboration is key. You’ll work as part of a cohesive product team, sharing ownership of solutions and ensuring each feature meets user and business needs effectively. Together, we are responsible for moving the product forward, ensuring every feature benefits from the team's collective expertise. 

Your areas of responsibility will include: 

• Conduct user research to identify pain points, map customer journeys, and align insights with business goals. 

• Prototype, test, and validate concepts to solve user needs and meet product goals 

• Design intuitive interfaces and reusable components, contributing to a scalable design system. 

As a bonus, you may lead discussions on strategic initiatives and collaborate with product managers to explore problem spaces, driving deeper insights and planning. 

What SimplerQMS is looking for

We’re looking for a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience, ideally from a B2B SaaS background, who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and interfaces. You should possess most of the following skills and qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in Product or UX design, including user research, interaction design, and UX methodologies. 

• Experience with ideation and concept development, such as prototyping or design sprints.  

• A goal- and data-driven mindset, focusing on validating hypotheses through research and tests rather than assumptions. 

• Familiarity with modern iterative product development principles  

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for prototyping and user testing. 

• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate problems and solutions and design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• A keen attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive, high-quality designs.
