The role

Your role is to help solve mid-level enterprise’s telecom pains by showing them how Telgea makes connectivity across borders seamless and efficient. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and play an essential role in driving our growth.

If you are an experienced B2B salesperson who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and collaborating with a team, there is a big opportunity waiting for you!

To impress us, you:

  • Take ownership of the entire sales funnel, from prospecting leads to negotiating and closing deals.

  • Understand Telgea’s value proposition and effectively communicate it to IT managers and champions.

  • Collaborate with teammates to identify creative ways to exceed sales targets.

  • Consistently track your sales activities in HubSpot to manage pipelines effectively.

 

To be promoted, you:

  • Continuously expand your knowledge of Telgea’s solutions and the B2B telecom industry.

  • Not only meet but exceed your monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Demonstrate the skills and mindset needed to step into a leadership role.

 

Who you are:

You can share at least one reference demonstrating your success in account-based selling or multi-stakeholder B2B deals. You have experience working with businesses in the 50-1,000 employee range and understand the importance of building trust in the sales processes.
