Salary Competitive
Superside is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-powered workflow automation within our Project Delivery team. You’ll lead the development of intelligent solutions that transform project management workflows—automating critical tasks, improving efficiency, and enabling seamless, high-quality project execution at scale.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership, where you’ll shape the future of AI-driven automation in creative operations.

What you’ll do:
  • Define and own the vision and roadmap for AI-driven automation of project management workflows across all of our creative delivery processes.
  • Lead the development of large parts of our proprietary project management platform to automate key tasks, such as scoping, quoting, staffing, and timeline management to enhance speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and the service organization leadership to build and scale AI-powered workflows that integrate seamlessly into Superside’s creative processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities across multiple service teams and shape the future of project delivery.
  • Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into well-defined product requirement documents.
  • Own productivity data pipelines and champion operational efficiency across Superside.
  • Stay ahead of AI and workflow automation trends to maintain industry leadership.
  • Gather stakeholder and customer feedback to ensure AI solutions deliver real, measurable value.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to align teams and execute AI initiatives effectively.

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in workflow automation or building AI-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of AI and process automation technologies, with a proven ability to apply them in real-world contexts.
  • Experience in developing and launching data-driven solutions, ideally in B2B SaaS or project management tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Passion for user-centric design and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to development and delivery.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to innovate in the rapidly evolving field of AI workflow automation.
