Are you an enthusiastic and curious person who enjoys building relationships and driving sales processes? Do you have an interest in green technology and a desire to work both nationally and internationally? If so, we’re looking for you as our next Strategic Growth Manager.

In this role, you’ll help us grow both in Norway and globally by identifying new customers and partners, leading sales processes, and contributing to Sunphade’s strategic development. You’ll report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to play a key role in the company’s ongoing growth.

What you’ll be working on:

• Identifying and establishing new customers and partnerships, both in Norway and internationally

• Leading sales processes from the first contact to deal closure

• Creating sales and business presentations, business cases, and analyses

• Collaborating closely with leadership and technical teams to ensure the best solutions for our customers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in B2B and partnership sales

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field

• Is skilled at building relationships, understands customer needs, and is solution-oriented

• Is proactive, organized, and enjoys working independently

• Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Communicates well in both Norwegian and English

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required

• Experience from startups or early-stage companies is a bonus
